About DSW:
DSW is a family owned and run water treatment and engineering company, based in Lingfield, Surrey. In a fast changing industry, DSW are proud to remain 100% independent. Due to the sustained growth and expansion of the business, DSW are now looking to welcome a part time Finance and HR assistant to support the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Finance and HR assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to our Finane Assistant and HR and Recruitment Liaison.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Finances:
- Invoicing
- Data input for creating financial reports for the Directors
- Adding bills to the accounts system
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Assisting with expenses management
HR:
- Assisting with recruitment -Job adverts, replying to applicants, arranging interview etc
- Assistance with onboarding and off boarding members of staff
- General HR & Recruitment admin
Hours:
- Must be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Flexible hours between 8:00am – 4:00pm (15 – 22.5hours per week)
- Additional hours available to cover holidays
Package/Benefits:
- Salary: £13.07 per hour
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays – pro-rata
- Additional 1 day annual leave for every 2 years service up to a maximum of 28 days
