Role Overview:

Provide Education is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to lead our new Services and Facilities Education team. This new position has been created in response to the increasing demand for non-classroom-based staff in schools across South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Focus: Specialise in recruiting for roles such as:

• Administrators
• Office Managers
• HR Assistants
• Technicians
• Pastoral Staff
• Exam Invigilators
• Site Supervisors
• Caretakers
• Kitchen Staff
• Cleaners

Candidate Pool Development: Build and grow a robust pool of candidates to meet the demands of the market.

Client Engagement: Engage with our current client base to inform them of our expanded non-classroom recruitment offerings and identify new opportunities.

Location and Coverage:

• Based in our successful Barnsley office, known for delivering exceptional results and consistently exceeding targets.
• Serve schools across South Yorkshire, including Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, and Doncaster, with opportunities to expand into areas such as Scunthorpe and Grimsby.
• Collaborate closely with fellow consultants who can provide leads and vacancies through their established relationships.
