Hobs Repro is looking for a professional and efficient Customer Service Courier to join our team based in (Uxbridge).

The Role:

The role of Customer Service Courier will involve facilitating the collection and delivery service of prints and stationery to the Customer in a given timescale and to be efficient, helpful and presentable at all times. This role is the first point of contact for the Customer and to engage with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be flexible enough to be able to make collections/deliveries as and when required, sometimes at short notice.
• To drive a Ford Transit Custom and be responsible for the care, safety and running of the vehicle
• To act as a Hobs representative, be presentable and advise Customers effectively.
• As 1st contact with Customer to be an efficient courier and be presentable and helpful.
• Must be able to negotiate with the print room staff to ensure that jobs are completed and returned on time.
• To also liaise with Customer to advise if we are very busy on the estimated return time of their particular job, to enable them to prioritise themselves for all eventualities.
• To support colleagues or when short-staffed wherever possible.
• Log jobs in and out to ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Dealing with enquiry calls to customers, regarding deadlines and offering advice for the reprographic needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Will have excellent communication skills
• display the attitude to work hard and progress through the business to be provided with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge (through training program) to contribute to the production team.
• Understand the customer care and client relationship
• Experience in a similar role
