General Manager required for our Automotive well-established independent Commercial Dealership Client.
 
Our Client based in Glasgow, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Commercial Dealership.
 
General Manager Person Specification:
  • Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
  • A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
  • Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities of a General Manager for our Client:
  • Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
  • Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
  • Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £120,000 OTE.
