Our client is a family-run business established in 2005, dedicated to providing high-quality home care services in the Mirfield area of Kirklees. They pride themselves on their caring and supportive environment for both their clients and their staff.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Fluent in English
  • A valid driving licence and use of a car is essential

What will your role look like?

As a Care worker, you will play a crucial role in providing advice, assistance, and support ensuring their physical, emotional, and practical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing positive relationships and providing unconditional support
  • Acting as a key worker to ensure care plans are followed and amended as needed
  • Providing emotional support during challenging times
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
  • Adhering to policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
  • Additional responsibilities may arise to meet evolving needs
