This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and collaborating with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support:

    • Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Guide clients through step-by-step solutions and troubleshooting processes.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous support.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments when necessary.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
    • Prepare and update technical documentation and user guides as required.
    • Generate regular reports on support activities, ticket resolution times, and customer feedback.
