PROPERTY MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or an individual who has previously worked for a property owning company, to join our client's current team of experienced Property Managers. Our client established their business in 2011 and are leading providers of high-quality rooms, studios and apartments for rental across London and the home counties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. You will work closely with residents and tenants to provide excellent customer service and maintain high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining thriving communities.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and operation of assigned properties
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain quality tenants
• Handle resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations
• Manage the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
• Collect rent payments and enforce lease terms and policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports

Requirements

• At least 3+ years proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to solve problems effectively
