This Telephone Customer Service job in Bromley provides opportunity to join a brand new team setup to support the business in helping families save, invest and protect their finances.
In your role as a Telephone Customer Service Agent, you will be making outbound calls to existing customers and qualified prospects, with the aim of retaining and enhancing their current plans.
You will also answer incoming telephone enquiries and help resolve their queries where possible.

Telephone Customer Service Requirements
- You should be comfortable making outbound calls
- You should have excellent written and oral communication
- You should have good computer skills with strong attention to detail

Telephone Customer Service Benefits
- Salary of £23,000 plus discretionary annual bonus of circa £1,500 - £3,500
- Contributory pension of up to 10% and DIS
- Office based role, Monday to Friday
- 35 hours per week, with typically 3 shifts per week of 9am – 5pm and 2 shifts per week of 11am – 7pm
