Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bathroom fitter to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work on various social housing projects within a 10-mile radius of Walsall, performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Doing Bathroom fitting on council properties
- Diagnose and rectify faults and do any maintenance or repair tasks
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with tenants and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to work carried out.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Bathroom fitting, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Strong skills in at least three of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, decorating, and electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Own tools and reliable transport (MUST BE A VAN).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
TEMP TO PERM WORK AVAILABLE
Monday- Friday 40 hours a week.
