Are you passionate about education and eager to impact young learners? We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant at a mainstream secondary school in Islington. This full-time position starts in September 2024 and lasts until the end of the academic year.
Role Overview:
- Assist class teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide one-on-one or group support to students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help prepare teaching materials and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children.
- Valid DBS certificate on the update service.
- Passion for education and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage behavior effectively.
Salary: £80 - £100 per day, based on experience.
