This is a brand-new role and reflects the increasing appetite within the business to build a first-class internal communications function and deliver brilliant communications to our colleagues that build pride and excitement in the future of the company.

You'll work closely with the Head of People to deliver compelling and engaging internal communications, including uncovering and sharing the latest news from across the company, supporting with leadership and regional events and executing internal communications.

Responsibilities include:

    • Partner on clear, impactful internal communications to drive colleague understanding and advocacy for company transformation.
    • Translate complex transformation details into engaging, accessible content for colleagues.
    • Manage stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the internal communication process.
    • Develop and deliver targeted communication campaigns to build colleague engagement with company priorities.
    • Uncover and showcase inspiring stories to celebrate colleague achievements and company initiatives.
    • Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, keeping content fresh and readily accessible.
    • Demonstrate creativity and find innovative ways to reach colleagues across all roles and locations.
    • Champion the core values of clarity, transparency, consistency, and two-way dialogue in all communications.

Requirements

Essential

  • Prior experience in content creation and executing internal communication
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging internal communication materials.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and communication tools.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Desirable

    • A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer).
