The Company

Design & Build Engineering specialists, leading the way with pioneering  Facilities Management.  This client is seeking a Transformation Manager to act as Business Analysis across the Data Centre environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for aligning technical specifications of critical software development programmes / implementing niche software. Playing a key role in maturing the businesses processes, whilst bettering the businesses functionality and performance as a whole.
 

Skills & Experience

• Create effective transformation stratégies, new processus / technologies
• Drive change that aligns with the software systems capabilities and objectives
• Support project teams during analysis and planning stages of software development / implementation
• Develop documentation of strategies, processes and procedures
• Conducting research, and analysis, of developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders
   

Desirable

• ITL, Foundation V3 or V4
• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, I.T, or related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software development
