Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of client needs and manage relationships proactively
- Maintain accurate records within our practice management system
- Uphold RICS guidance with professionalism
- Prepare and deliver technical reports in our corporate style
- Conduct site inspections and monitor projects
- Collaborate with leaseholders, designers, contractors, and legal teams
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the built environment
- Building Surveying, Building Conservation, or Construction degree (or equivalent)
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
- Full UK driving license
