FT Recruitment are looking for a candidate to work with our brilliant client in Hinckley.
The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.
We require Automotive experience for this position.
The role -
- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
- Responding to customer enquires
- Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
- Dealing with any customer complaints
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
- Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed
