We are seeking an Instructor Network Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Instructor Network Co-ordinator, you will lead the organisation of quality assurance activity to support our new and existing Instructor/Assessor network.

Answering queries via telephone and email, you will consult with other teams within Lantra, where necessary, and deal with prospective instructor enquiries and the processing of applications and annual membership of Instructors, Technical Verifiers and Assessors.

Chasing these with our verifiers and processing the final paperwork once it is submitted, you will help to arrange recertification events for our existing instructors to attend in order to maintain their CPD with us.

You will also help with invoicing instructors for events attended, or membership applications, support the maintenance of our internal database and process reports.

Additionally, you will:

- Be the first port of call to our instructors and prospective instructors
- Support the team and Head of Instructor Network where needed
- Attend external trade events

About You

To be considered as an Instructor Network Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of managing external sub-contractors
- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes
- Experience of working closely as a team and the ability to be empowered to own your role and be curious about growth
- To have a collaborative personality and be a natural relationship builder
- A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
