The Role

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of the office. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with office organisation and daily operations
  • Ensuring efficient day-to-day office processes.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members.
  • Handling tenancy agreements, rent collection, and property inspections.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and managing renewals
  • Handling tenant enquiries, applications, and referencing
  • Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Gas Safety, EPC)
  • Addressing rent arrears and managing payment plans
  • Staying up-to-date with legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Lettings Administration.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with UK Lettings regulations.
