Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Salary: up to £20.00 per hour
Location: St Albans
Contract: Temporary on going - full-time
Hours: 8:30 -5PM Monday to Thursday. Then 8:30-4:30 on Fridays.

My client in St Albans is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced IT Support Engineer to join their thriving team immediately. SKILLS REQUIRED:
 
·Level 3 IT qualification, or minimum 2-year relevant experience in IT Support performing 1st and 2nd line support
·Experience in providing IT support in a Windows Server based, networked environment
·Proficient user in Windows operating system and office software
·Holds or working towards a technical qualification, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA or similar
·Ability to demonstrate expertise in hardware and software desktop environment
·Proficiency in Windows10 and or 11 and Microsoft Office 365
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
·Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues remotely or in person
·Maintain the IT asset database by auditing hardware
·Troubleshoot, fix and maintain systems
·Assist IT colleagues with system configuration, installations, changes and upgrades
·Build, maintain, load and reload hardware assets
