Coleman James Recruitment are working with our client in search of a Quantity Surveyor to work on a full time permanent basis.
Duties:
- Working on rail based projects.
- Undertake cost analysis for project work.
- Perform risk, value management and cost control.
- Place orders with sub-contractors and control all commercial aspects relating to subcontractor management.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
The ideal candidate:
- Quantity Surveying background is essential.
- Rail experience would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a permanent position and Coleman James Ltd are acting as an Employment Business.
