We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out process on a major residential new build project. This is for a tier 2 main contractor who are well-known within the construction industry. They have a healthy pipeline of work, strong cash reserves and have a great family feel. You will reporting to a SSM/Block Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the internal fit-out process on a major residential new build project.
• You will be taking on the job from the concrete frame and seeing it through to handover
• You will looking after the following packages: M&E, Partitioning, Flooring, Decorating, Finishes
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets project specifications and design standards.
• Manage site safety and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise during the fit-out phase.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on residential new build projects specifically RC frame builds
• Strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out techniques, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions to keep the project on track.
• Health and safety certifications relevant to the construction industry. (CSCS & SMSTS)
• References to back up your experience
