Job Title: Plasterer
Location: Norwich
Start Date: Monday 1st July for short term contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4pm
Salary: £18 per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience
Must have own van and tools
Company & Project:
ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Plasterer for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Norwich area.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Plasterer:
- As the Plasterer preferably have experience of working on a planned and reactive works schemes.
- As the Plasterer you’ll complete allocated works in void and tenanted properties.
- As the Plasterer you'll be required to do damp works, boards & skims, dot and dab etc
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Plasterer:
- Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
- Must have proven work experience
- Experience working on maintenance projects
- Health and Safety Aware
