My client in Royal Tunbridge Wells , is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join its 38 bedded care home which specialises in Elderly and dementia clients. Team Leaders in this role will be working with a state of the art purpose built care home. Finished to the highest Standard and incorporating the latest supportive technology.

Details for the Team Leader Role

• Full time hours  36 - 48 - per week
• 8am – 8pm
• Progression for Team Leaders
• Team Leaders will be responsible for line managing Team Members.
• Team Leaders will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high quality delivery of services to all residents and ensuring staff members are effectively assessing risks.
• Team Leaders will be Leading shifts and a team of Carers.
• Team leaders will be creating care plans 
• Team Leaders will be up to date with conducting Audits
• Competitive Salary of £13.00/ £12.50 on weekends

About You as a Team Leader;

• You will need excellent Communication Skills,
• Minimum requirement of an NVQ3 in health and social care.
• Imperative that our Team Leaders are Kind and has passionate enthusiasm Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader
• Medicine Administrated
