This consultancy is a UK-leading independent and employee-owned multi-disciplinary built environment practice integrating residential and commercial architecture, engineering, planning and surveying for all development needs.

Their strength lies in the expertise and knowledge gained over almost 60 years in built environment across our three offices in Bedford, Birmingham and London by their 80-strong team.

The role:

  • Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments to support Planning Applications
  • Preparation of Surface Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
  • Preparation of Foul Water Drainage Strategies to support Planning Applications
  • Liaising and communicating with the wider engineering team
  • Liaison with clients and third party consultants/council officers attending meetings where required
  • Using MicroDrainage/Flow software to model drainage networks.
  • Input into draft site masterplans to ensure layouts accommodate drainage and Flood Risk requirements.
  • Working on various residential and non-residential projects around the UK, from small private developers to national house builders and master planning schemes.
