We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Shift Manager to join the team
You will be working within the hospital, managing and supporting the domestics team to ensure all the day to day tasks are running smoothly.
Your key day to day responsibilities:
- Deliver and drive the performance of the company's self audit programme to required standards and volume
- Manage and drive the performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
- Support the engagement with Trust Management and Clinical teams to build effective day to day operational relationships
- Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant Shift Managers and Domestic teams
- Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
- Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
- Work with fellow Shift Leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
- Ensure KPI’s are met with data provided from the Quality Manager
- Upskill domestic soft service team
