We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity with a distinguished leader in the Health and Social Care Market. Our client, a prominent figure in the industry for over a decade, has recently solidified their position as a market leader through strategic acquisitions across the North of the UK. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are currently seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple services within their Specialist Care Division in Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire.

As the Regional Manager, you will:

• Lead and direct all Registered and Service Managers within the region, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project or operational plans.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and managers to formulate and review the annual Operating/Business Plan.
• Analyse business performance and report on progress towards planned objectives and deliverables.
• Set clear performance goals and support the team in achieving them.
• Seek opportunities to improve financial performance, manage resources, and increase efficiency.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, health and safety, and security requirements.
• Maintain detailed oversight of each service.

About you:

• RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience in cross-functional management.
• Experience overseeing services for individuals with challenging behaviours, including supporting those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries (ABI), with demonstrated knowledge and evidence of success
• A UK driving licence.
• Excellent communicator.
• Proven track record of positively driving performance, with year-on-year growth in the region.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and financial management skills.
