Salary: £Negotiable DOE

Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday – 2 weeks temporary work

Duration: Temporary

Are you a secretary looking for a new opportunity within a family company? Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a secretary to support all day-to-day operations

This role would be suited to someone with great secretarial experience, strong attention to detail, computer literacy and a confident telephone manner.

Duties:

  • Typing documents for example letters, forms, and invoices
  • Database management, maintaining all notes on the database, using the company software.
  • Inbound and outbound calls to clients
  • Collation of documents for meetings
  • General administration, scanning, sorting, and filing.
  • File management
  • Diary management - arranging appointments and consultations.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous legal secretary experience is essential 
  • Experience in the Family Law Sector is extremely advantageous
  • Great telephone manner
  • Computer literate , use of Microsoft packages is advantageous
  • Ability to type with accuracy and speed
  • Previous office experience and typing of correspondence
