Offshore Resource Coordinator

We are a leading provider of personnel and logistics services for major offshore construction projects. Our commitment to excellence and efficient service delivery is at the core of our operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Resource Coordinator to join our offshore project coordination team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Liaise with personnel regarding mobilisation times, dates, and locations.
  • Log any delays against start dates to manage any standby payments.
  • Check, receive, and save copies of required qualifications and certifications.
  • Ensure all offshore personnel compulsory training, e.g., medical, survival are up-to-date.
  • Book hotel accommodations and keep accurate records for billing purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, including shift schedules and planned time on/off.
  • Administer the manning plan and coordinate with the client logistics team for travel arrangements.
  • Collate PPE requirements and communicate them to the client’s procurement team.
  • Update the offshore crew planner and share information with the client.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on agency personnel matters.
  • Assist with offshore timesheet administration.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
 
  • Proven experience in a similar role including personnel and/or logistics coordination administration on offshore projects.
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills considering project schedules and budgets.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Proficiency in Business Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management software.
  • Confident liaising with the client project team, personnel and vendors/external suppliers.
 
This is a temporary/contract position (12 months+) based at our offices in Beccles with occasional visits to client sites in Lowestoft and Humberside which will entail several nights away from home at times, so you should be flexible and prepared to undertake this.
