Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the midlands is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home near Sutton Coldfield this exciting opportunity is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth and surrounding areas
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary starting from £65,000, Plus KPI-based bonus of 10% and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy.

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Managing and training staff
- Handling budget management
- Upholding high standards of care
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary starting at £65,000
- A KPI-based bonus
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
- At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
- A good knowledge of CQC compliance
- Evidence of Good, Outstanding CQC inspections, or someone with Turnaround experience
