We are looking for:
A Site Manager to oversee the refit of a university building and coordinate all on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Specifically, you will be monitoring the progress and quality of drylining, mechanical and electrical, and flooring subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.
SMSTS and previous experience in a similar role are essential.
