Job Overview:

Our client NW Total Engineered Solutions are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team. In this critical role, you will ensure that Lifetime Records are compiled in tandem with manufacturing progress, meeting all contractual requirements for timely equipment release to site. You will be responsible for submitting documents and Lifetime Records to customers for acceptance and logging certification received from the supply chain on their SharePoint site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agree on the content and structure of the Lifetime Record (LTR) with customers in line with contractual requirements.
  • Compile LTRs concurrently with manufacturing progress.
  • Submit 'front end' documentation to customers for acceptance.
  • Submit deviations to clients for acceptance.
  • Review documentation received from the supply chain (material certification, documentation packages, CofCs, etc.) for compliance with purchase order requirements.
  • Log supply chain documentation on SharePoint.
  • Monitor and assist with the close-out of any documentation-related issues identified during customer reviews.
  • Participate in office and customer progress meetings, as required.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with other people
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, codes, and standards

Desirable:

  • Ability to read and understand engineering and technical documentation relating to projects
