Customer Service Administrator – The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for key accounts via telephone and email, providing a great level of service.
- Providing admin support to other areas in the business.
- Ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
- Keeping the database up to date at all times.
- Processing invoices.
- Work as one team in supporting your colleagues.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience of using Microsoft office.
- Experience of using a database (desirable).
- Team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional days holiday for each full year of service (up to 25 days plus bank holidays).
