Factory Based. Commutable from Longridge, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, Skipton and surrounding areas.

Are you a Production or Manufacturing Manager looking to join an internationally-renowned manufacturer in a highly days-based, autonomous role where you will spearhead a highly skilled department on technically diverse projects?

Within this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for the continued effectiveness of the production department, managing the supply chain and a team of 7 supervisors. Candidates with Senior Leadership experience from a production or manufacturing background are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate the Production Department to deliver a high level of manufacturing efficiency
• Management of 7 supervisors and ~70 engineers / operatives
• Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

• Management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable
• Lives commutable to Longridge
