Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager will include:

• Developing, and delivering on the Marketing growth strategy to support the business objectives
• Developing an effective and efficient lead engine
• Delivering against Marketing KPIs and managing the marketing budget, effectively sharing performance at the leadership and board level
• Delivering a comprehensive rolling calendar of all Marketing activities and campaigns
• Work seamlessly with Sales and other operational teams
• Managing external marketing agencies
• Coordinating an outsourced Marketing model, collaborating with suppliers to deliver design, SEO, website improvements, and PR.
• Owning and managing the social media platforms
• Coaching, and mentoring an internal team on marketing best principles

Profile

The successful Senior Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing roles
- Experience working in a industrial, tech / Saas industry
- Experience working in the IIoT sector is preferable
- Line management experience would be preferable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working collaboratively with sales, and product teams
- Proactive attitude, and an ability to work autonomously
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Wordpress, and CRM management

Job Offer
