The below job description will outline this position of: Commissioning Engineer

Typically, this person will providing technical support on projects, liaising with customers, project managers and engineers to ensure that all products are commissioned to the requirements of the project.

Duties and responsibilities of the Commissioning Engineer:

• Ensuring equipment have been correctly manufactured
• Diagnosing and fixing faults
• Functional testing of equipment
• Ensuring test paperwork is correctly completed
• Answering technical queries
• Responsibility for the planning of all commissioning activities within company manufacturing facilities.
• Act as point of contact with Client during testing phases.
• Support production team/build

Qualifications and requirement for the Commissioning Engineer:

• HNC or relevant mechanical qualification      
• Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems      
• Someone with a reactive maintenance background would be a plus
