We have a fantastic opportunity for a contracts administrator to start ithin the next two weeks. 

This role is 12 month maternity cover position. 

The role includes:

  • All Contracts administration, including invoicing completed works by email, and uploading on to customer websites, raising orders, entering new enquiries and responding to customers.  Filing, collating information and preparing contracts paperwork for contracts managers.
  • Process purchase order requests for goods and hire equipment.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries, pass on telephone messages and helping customers wherever possible.
  • Booking accommodation for employees working away from home.
  • Sending out post
  • Monitoring incoming emails
