As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced, dynamic, and highly rewarding environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships to sell our recruitment services to both candidates and clients
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Consulting and advising companies on their recruitment plans
• Driving business growth through proactive sales activities, including phone and face-to-face interactions

To excel as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to bring a determination to succeed and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to your daily tasks. Proficiency in MS Office packages and a strong work ethic are also essential, and previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory – we will provide comprehensive training.
