I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor based near Watford paying between £60k and £70k.
My client are a small developer who focus on real quality selling houses between £1m and £3m in value. They currently have 4 live sites and will be at 6 by the end of the year. Despite the market they are selling well and looking to kick on and grow now.
This is a new hire for the business and to date the QS function has been external. You have the opportunity to join the business and make a mark. With their growth will come opportunity for progression. Some estimating expereince will be beneficial as the role will involve this.
