Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities and JPS Horsham is on the hunt for a Customer Service Assistant who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Working Hours: 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
Location: Units 3&4 Oakhurst Business Park, Wilberforce Way, Southwater, RG13 9RT
Key Responsibilities:
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values
Perform administrative duties for the branch using Microsoft 365 packages as well as our in-house systems - including but not limited to: sales order processing, stock inventory control, delivery scheduling
Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
Pick and prepare customer orders in our warehouse and load onto customer and delivery vehicles
Act as a relief driver for the branch, performing deliveries to our customers when needed in a 3.5t van
Keep the branch and yard/warehouse looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Experience
A full, manual driving license, held for longer than 1 year
IT literate - must be familiar with Office 365packages
Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
Experience in a customer facing environment
Passion for working with people with a positive can-do attitude
