This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sustainability Manager to join a unique medium sized developer based in Oxfordshire. You will be able to use your technical skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of all projects across their portfolio.

This well-established family run developer has worked at the forefront of the sustainability and eco developments, gaining a reputation for engineering excellence and the respectful, honourable way of doing what we do.

The Sustainability Manager role

• To embody and deliver the requirements the sustainability strategy and client deliverables.
• The successful candidate should have experience in construction environmental management, environmental assessments and delivering projects which are aligned to the sustainability strategy's four pillars (Carbon, Resource Efficiency, Ethical Procurement and Social Value).

Your Profile

• Experience of providing highly technical sustainability support to complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage the delivery of sustainability on multiple projects at the same time
• Qualifications / strong knowledge of construction, environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, HQM, WELL etc) and the deliverable of our four pillars of sustainability.
• Experience in delivering low carbon solutions on projects e.g., embodied and operational carbon
• Excellent knowledge of environmental legislation and control measures in a construction environment
• Detailed understanding of industry and client sustainability requirements
