Are you good with stripping fitting, priming and working on car bodies?

Strip and fit vehicle parts and be able to repair or replace damaged components with the understanding as to why the components would need replacing

- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools, machines, and welding equipment

- Assemble and fit components according to specifications

- Align and weld components using various welding techniques (e.g. MIG, TIG, arc welding)

- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion on time and within budget

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a fitter or similar role

- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment

- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Basic understanding of how car parts are repaired or replaced

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy materials as required

- Welding certification is a plus
