Job Title: Associate Town Planner

Location: Bristol

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to announce that we are supporting a UK leading Planning and Development Consultancy in their search to recruit a Principal / Associate Town Planner to their Bristol Office!

As a Principal/Associate planner you will be supporting the continued growth of a wide-ranging portfolio of clients, there will be increasing opportunities to work in conjunction with other offices in specific service sectors such as renewable energy.

The current team works across a range of sectors, which includes residential, employment, health, education, retail, and leisure, providing innovative and sustainable solutions to the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

You will be supported in developing your own client base, and skill sets, as well as having the opportunity to manage your own project workload, and to lead your own project teams within the office. you will play an integral role in managing project workstreams, liaising with clients and supporting a team of Planners on project work and provide mentorship and support to their professional development.

Requirements:

  • MRTPI Chartered or working towards APC.
  • Experience in advising and promoting a range of planning projects.
  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in both Development management and planning policy.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team.
