Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in generating opportunities within the marketplace before sourcing, attracting, and placing high-calibre candidates. You will manage the entire recruitment process from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements and revenue.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role with transferable skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sales mind-set.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
