Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Support the Site Manager in project planning and scheduling
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- Scaffold Awareness Training
- Valid Driving Licence
Relevant construction-related qualification
Experience:Prior experience in traditional house building and new build housing
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
