Day to Day:
- General Maintenance
- Social Housing
- Experience within Property Maintenance
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Plastering
- Happy to do Mould Washing
- Wet Trades
- Apply plaster and cement mixtures to walls and ceilings
- Fix fibrous sheets and cast and fix ornamental plasterwork to the interior or exterior of buildings
- Painting / decorating
- Work References
