Our client is currently entering a period of rapid growth and are on the lookout for a talented Marketing Lead to join our team. Your role will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategy, expanding our market presence, and driving success.

As our Marketing Lead, you'll be at the forefront of defining and executing go-to-market campaigns, engaging with our diverse customer base, and leveraging data insights to inform our marketing strategies. You'll play a vital role in bridging departments and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve our marketing objectives.

• Craft and execute effective go-to-market campaigns for new products and features.
• Engage closely with our customers to understand their needs and how our offerings can address them.
• Utilise data analysis to drive informed decision-making and optimise marketing performance.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Essential:

• Proven experience in diverse go-to-market campaigns.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, compelling messaging.
• Proficiency in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Track record of successful product launches and demand generation.
• Experience in fostering collaboration across departments.

Desirable:

• Previous involvement in B2B SaaS marketing with a wide range of responsibilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce/Pardot.
• Experience with paid B2B advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn or Google Ads.
• Background in launching products within the tech sectors.

NB: This position is five days onsite - based in Cheshire.
