Experienced Site Supervisor Needed

Our client, a leading roofing contractor specialising in commercial and large-scale projects, is seeking a skilled Roofing and cladding Site Supervisor to join their team in Warrington. With a strong background in the educational and leisure sectors, they are offering opportunities to work on high-profile projects across the region for competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum,

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring safe working practices and efficient project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing, ideally in a supervisory or similar role.
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Main contractor experience is preferred but not essential.
