Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher  

Location: Tyne and Wear

Salary: £100 - £140 per day

 Start: ASAP

GSL Education is looking for Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to cover various subjects in primary schools in Tyne and Wear.

Job Summary: Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our young learners, fostering a love for learning, and helping each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements for Key Stage1.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's learning journey.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
