Our client, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. This is a contract position based in Merseyside, where you will be working full-time on-site.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing process engineering activities
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards
  • Participate in product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures



Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
