Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pattern Maker to join our clients team in TF1. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a crucial role in the design and production process, creating precise patterns that are essential for the manufacturing of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create patterns for a variety of products based on design specifications.
• Interpret and analyze design blueprints and sketches to produce accurate patterns.
• Utilize various tools and machinery to cut and shape patterns.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure patterns meet technical and quality standards.
• Adjust and refine patterns to accommodate changes in design or production requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of patterns, including modifications and updates.
• Ensure all patterns are stored and organized for easy retrieval.
• Perform quality checks on completed patterns to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pattern making.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pattern Maker in a manufacturing or design environment is essential.
• Proficient in using pattern making tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on various projects and meet deadlines.
