We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join an independently owned business in St. Albans who always put their employees first!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, strategic thinking Marketing Manager to work for a growing business who design, install, maintain, and monitor electronic Fire and Security Systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Marketing Management position, will be enthusiastic about developing and growing their own team and will have a high level of self-motivation, responsibility, integrity, and dedication.

Key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

  • Delivery of all marketing activities in line with the objective of increasing targeted lead generation and strategy, positioning the group as industry leaders
  • Strategic Planning: Responsible for developing marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals. This includes identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and determining the most effective marketing channels to reach them
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualise, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Budget Management: Cost justification and return on investment for marketing budget, allocating funds across different campaigns and initiatives to maximize ROI
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor all internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of the marketing strategy
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively operate as the liaison between marketing activities and all other departments within the group
