£48k + 5% Employer Pension + Company Bonus + Christmas Shutdown + x4 Basic Salary Life Assurance + OTE £50k

Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pm

40 Days Annual Leave including Christmas shutdown

This role would suit an electrical maintenance engineer looking to progress in to a supervisory role to take on more responsibilities.

As the Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for working closely with the head of engineering and a team of 3 engineers and work in a safe manner, all whilst improving maximum down time efficiency and high productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of 3 engineers
• Schedule planned preventative maintenance.
• Mentoring and developing
• Ensuring your team in the best position to carry out their work to the best of their ability
• Attend PPMs and breakdowns
• Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies
• Monitoring quality from raw material to finished goods
• Carry out factory inspections

The ideal candidate for this Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer position you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications:

• Must have a recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G and or HNC)
• Strong electrical fault finds skills
• A positive can-do attitude.
